- Has an aggressive butyl based adhesive that adheres to plywood, OSB, PVC, steel, aluminum and plastic
- The UV resistant uncured EPDM facer conforms in all directions allowing it to stretch around penetrations while the butyl adhesive remains flexible in extreme hot and cold temperatures
- Seals out water
- Stops heating and air conditioning loss around penetrations
- Seals around properly installed fasteners
- Forms a positive air/vapor barrier
- Forms an insect and rodent barrier around penetrations
- Can be painted – recommend spray paint
